SACRED BREATHWORK IMMERSION RETREAT

October 11th - October 17th 2027

Hi Friend,

You are here reading this now because something inside you has whispered that this may be the right time… and the right space… for you to take a Sacred Pause.

In profound moments of healing — the kind that can emerge through Conscious Connected Breathwork — it is a deep privilege to gather somewhere as untouched and spacious as Sumba.

A remote, back-to-nature paradise where life slows down enough for you to hear yourself again.

A place to pause.

To disconnect from the modern world so you can reconnect with your authenticity.

To remember who you are beneath all the noise.

This is a week of shedding and rebirth.

A container of spacious rest and reflection woven between moments of raw, vulnerable expression. This is not just another retreat.

It is a returning.

A week of stripping back.

Of profound and lasting transformation.

Of allowing the wisdom of nature to support your healing and integration.

The land itself becomes part of the medicine.

This experience is about coming back to your roots.

Looking inward without the constant pressure of the outside world telling you who you should be.

Remembering the truth of your own body, breath, intuition, and spirit.

If your heart is calling you toward this experience, I cannot wait to hold this week-long container for you — one that I know will leave an imprint on your soul long after you return home.

Please read through all retreat information carefully, and if you have any questions, reach out anytime at heal@featherandsage.com.au

And truthfully…

the moment you say yes to something like this, the medicine has already begun shaping your world.

Early Bird bookings are now open for October 2027

This intimate container is limited in space to offer a supportive, paired back experience.

And deep down…

you already know if you are meant to be one of the souls who joins us for this journey.

You will feel it.

Kellie x

Is this retreat for me?

This retreat is for those who feel called to explore Trauma-Informed Conscious Connected Breathwork and deep healing within a purposeful and nurturing container, far away from the noise and pace of the modern world.

At the same time, I want to be very honest about what this experience asks of you.

Being here will require a willingness to commit to the process.

To lean in with openness, honesty, and presence.

There may be sacrifices in the simplicity of this experience, because this part of Sumba is intentionally untouched. Access to many modern-day comforts and conveniences is limited here.

But in that stripping back comes profound lessons.

Great reward.

A peace many of us have forgotten can even exist - something that is now a precious commodity in this world we live in.

Stillness.

Simplicity.

Presence.

There is WiFi available, however I deeply encourage — though never require — participants to embrace this as an opportunity for a true digital detox. To soften the reflex to constantly scroll, consume, distract, and disconnect from ourselves.

Part of what will make this retreat so profound is allowing yourself to simply be.

To experience moments of boredom without immediately reaching for stimulation.

To sit with life as it is unfolding around you.

This sort of opportunity is rare and deeply transformative if you allow yourself to fully embrace it.

All meals throughout the retreat will be lovingly prepared using beautiful locally grown and sourced ingredients. There will be an abundance of nourishing food available, however options will largely be limited to what is provided at the venue due to the remote nature of the location.

This is not a place where you can easily duck out for alternative options or familiar comforts — and that too can become part of the healing.

An invitation to reconnect with food in a more intentional way.

To slow down.

To nourish your body with simplicity and presence.

To gently detox from the intensity and excess of modern-day eating habits.

All dietary requirements can absolutely be catered for if advised at the time of booking.

Alcohol is strongly discouraged throughout the retreat to support the depth of the work and the integrity of the experience.

While the location is remote and intentionally simple in spirit, the accommodation itself is five-star luxury in every sense.

Each guest will have their own private room with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, with several accommodation options available.

There is absolutely no requirement to have previous experience with breathwork before attending this retreat. However, if possible, I do encourage you to work with me beforehand to help prepare your body and nervous system for the experience. Online sessions can also be arranged if needed.

And if you are feeling unsure, please reach out.

I am intentionally calling in exceptional humans to share this sacred container together — people who are ready for honesty, expansion, deep healing, and profound connection.
